The Story Behind the Name
Gus didn’t plan on becoming a coach...
But after years of leading in high-pressure, high-complexity environments, he began working with a High Performance coach—not to fix something, but to sharpen what was already working. That experience changed how he thought about growth, performance, and purpose.
He became a Certified High Performance Coach through a research-backed program from the High Performance Institute and began doing what he’d always done—but with new tools, clearer language, and a deeper level of intention.
Now, he works with leaders who are ready to grow—bringing structure, insight, and the kind of space most leaders rarely get but deeply need.
